Bertram

Hi!

The day after Christmas is always so laid-back. I don’t think I’ve done anything noteworthy all day. Sitting here at my computer trying to think of what to write. I used to keep a journal on the computer so I have this fear of making my blog into a journal. :)

So, on a totally random note, I named my screen reader Bertram after the wooden clockwork boy in the book The Clockwork Twin. I thought it was pretty suitable since that Bertram was a mechanical, programmed ‘person’. That book was one of my favorites when I was a kid. The episode where Adoniram’s Uncle spanked Bertram is totally hilarious. Or, for that matter, when the policeman swallowed his pencil! For some reason when I was a kid I thought that was really funny.
